Over the past 28 years I've founded and operated companies across commercial real estate, trucking, government contracting, and technology. I know what it takes to build something from nothing - the early mornings, the hard decisions, the years you reinvested everything back in because you believed in what you were building.

I also know what happens when founders go to sell without the right guidance. I've watched owners leave 30 to 40 percent of their exit value on the table — not because they weren't smart, but because nobody gave them an honest picture of how the process actually works before they were already in it.

That's the gap I built Momentum Capital Partners to close.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions behind me, I bring something most exit advisors can't - the ability to advise on the full transaction stack. Many founder exits involve

real property: lease assumptions, sale-leasebacks, facility valuations, land embedded in the business. I've lived that side of

the deal. That's a structural advantage for the founders I serve.
